Third day of protest - social workers" protest at the government administration continues. They demand increases in salaries, improvement of unbearable labor conditions and revision of social policies.
Like in the last days, the rally is going on in other cities of Georgia and not only in Tbilisi.
NGOs express solidarity with social workers. In parallel, thousands of citizens who are victims of family or other forms of violence and who need immediate protection are left without proper attention and assistance.
The Ministry of Health does not compromise and says that social workers will be temporarily replaced by other employees.
