Now when Metekhi tunnel is partially closed moving around the city is even more complicated then after the closure of Vakhushti and Dry bridges.
The works in the tunnel were observed by the Mayor of Tbilisi late at night. According to Kakhi Kaladze, the situation in Metekhi tunnel is unbearable and therefore its complete rehabilitation is planned.
