Transparent judiciary system and honest judges- Lawyer Kakha Kozhoridze speaks about the reforms in the judiciary system.

According to him, the main problem remains the existence of clan and influence.
According to the lawyer, problems will be discussed with the members of the Venice Commission whose visit is scheduled in a week.

"Two main problems are today in the Georgian justice system. The first is the clan"s existence and the second is the political support of the clan - these are two main problems and we want to explain it to the Venice Commission, "said Kakha Kozhoridze.

The Former Deputy Minister of Justice and member of "Free Democrats" Aleksandre Baramidze speaks about the problems existing in the judiciary system. According to him, it is necessary to make timely changes.
