MIA officers detained one person in Tbilisi International Airport for illegally bringing drugs.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has released information on the fact that it has detained one person born in 1968 for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs.
Law enforcers seized 40 grams of a substance containing methadone in the personal search of the detainee as evidence.
Investigation is underway on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of narcotics.The offense envisages from 8 to 20 years of imprisonment or life imprisonment.
