Detention of the young man in the attorney"s bureau - the lawyers blame the policemen for abusing their powers
Batumi attorneys respond to detention of 21-year-old youth in one of the attorneys`bureau in Batumi.
The lawyers blame police for attempting to intimidate and hinder their professional activities.
The lawyers address the Chief Prosecutor"s Office and the General Inspection and call on them to investigate the detention of 21-year-old young man in Kobuleti for assaulting a policeman.
The attorneys argue that the 21-year-old young man has been negotiating with his own lawyer and intended to appear in the police headquarters, which the law enforcement body was informed about, but they arrested the person directly in the office.
The lawyers are talking about overreaction and they demand immediate investigation of the fact.
