Noise at the Legal Committee Session - Archil Talakvadze Advises Opponents to save strength for Plenary Sitting

Archil Talakvadze calls on the opposition to present their remarks on the draft law prepared by the majority regarding the appointment of judges at the plenary session. Today, the legal committee has voted for the draft bill in the second hearing. The session was ongoing on the background of noise. The draft law has the remarks from both the opposition and the civil sector, which think that Murusidze-Chinchaladze"s court is being legalized.
"The parliamentary opposition will have a full opportunity to take part in the discussion and if they have specific questions regarding the Venice Commission document , they can raise them in a plenary discussion format. As to the the civil society, they have already presented their position. They were involved in discussions. If they are willing to publish their positions regarding the Venice Commission, they will be able to publish the conclusions, "said Archil Talavadze.
