The Central Election Commission defined the number of candidates for the midterm elections.
By the decision of the CEC, the parties, which are participating in various elections, have the opportunity to use the same sequential number. The rest were awarded ordinary numbers by casting lots.
"Electoral subjects, which have already been assigned a sequential number in any of the elections, have the same number assigned to all types of elections to be held on May 19. And the remaining 9 election subjects were assigned ordinary numbers, "said CEC spokesperson Ana Mikeladze.
