"I do not understand what the bad management means and nobody explained it me," says Giorgi Kobulia, former Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
In an interview with "Courier", Kobulia once again refers to the word "conflict" but he says he is not going to discuss the details of this conflict publicly.
"I do not understand what this means, the bad management of the ministry, I can not explain it and if someone is interested in how I managed the ministry, what results I had, what plans I had and what I was doing, Let me explain. What I said about this conflict was the maximum of what I was going to say. I can not say more than that. Neither at this stage nor in the future, because I think it"s more than that, it will not benefit our people and our country, "Giorgi Kobulia said.
