The state has allocated 48 thousand GEL to remove tattoos for former prisoners.

The Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani made this statement. The corresponding memorandum was concluded with NGO "Abkhazia".

According to Tsulukiani, only about 60 beneficiaries will be able to take part in the program.
According to the minister, for re-socialization of former prisoners, it is necessary to get rid of tattoos.
In addition, the Minister called on those prisoners, who are in penitentiary establishments. not to make tattoos.
