New scandal related to Nely" LTD - "National Movement" demands investigation from the Prosecutor"s Office.
Levan Khabeishvili is going to file a suit today.
The Company "Nely" LTD, which supplies the kindergartens with food, is under arrest.
After many scandals, the Tbilisi City Hall only recognized yesterday that it the company is not able to cope with the obligations imposed and it is not ruled out that it will be substituted by another company.
"The financial police or the prosecutor"s office should be interested in documentation regarding who is responsible for 39 million and who is legally responsible for feeding 60,000 children with bad quality food," said Levan Khabeishvili of the National Movement.
