EMC v. Georgia - "Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center" applied to the Strasbourg Court on the case of Muslim pupils in Kobuleti.

The Georgian NGO protests alleged violation of the two articles of the Convention - it is about the degrading and inhuman treatment and discrimination. The EMC says that since September 2014, the Muslim community is unable to open a pupil"s boarding house due to the local population resistance and religious persecution. According to them, the state has not been able to solve the problem yet.
