The third president of Georgia and former governor of Odessa district Mikheil Saakashvili is in Kiev. He is in the Borispol airport.

Saakashvili speaks about the reasons for his return to Ukraine and says he has returned to the country to participate in the development of Ukraine.

Mikheil Saakashvili thanks Ukraine"s newly elected President for returning him citizenship .

"I am here not for revenge on someone. I am here to do something. I had an opportunity to do something in Odessa, but I was not able to implement all my plans. I would like to take part in the construction of a new Ukraine, along with several millions of Ukrainians here. We do not have time to wait for 50 years when Ukraine will be able to go forward ...... I would like to say that I"m happy, I"m sure that Ukraine can do it! Today I am emotional. I will answer all your questions. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who came to the airport today., "Mikheil Saakashvili said.
