Machilikashvilis vs Georgia - the lawsuit under this name has already been sent to the Strasbourg Court.
The 800-page document mainly highlights improper planning of special operation in Pankisi Gorge in December 2017, excessive use of force and inhuman treatment. Malkhaz Machalikashvili is expecting justice from the European Court and is convinced that the investigation of his son"s murder in Georgia will never be done objectively.
EMC represents the interests of Machalikashvili in Strasbourg.
