The first comments of the Georgian delegation in the US concerning Mack Pompeo"s statement - Prime Minister of Georgia says that consolidation of democracy is a permanent process and the ongoing reforms in Georgia are always discussed with Washington. Whereas the Foreign Minister states that the US Secretary of State expressed only positive assessment of the reforms in Georgia.
"Since the consolidation of democracy is a constant process that requires active reforms, this is one of the key issues that we are actively discussing at every meeting, we are successful in democracy and we like to see these successes," said Mamuka Bakhtadze.
