Raided rally and detained citizens - court proceedings continue

The trial of protesters detained on the rally on Rustaveli Avenue on 20 June continues in the Tbilisi City Court.
According to official information, law enforcers detained 305 citizens last night. Though unofficially, their number is 500. Most of the detainees are young men.
In the course of the trial, the majority of them were sentenced to two weeks of administrative imprisonment. The relatives of the detainees protest police actions and judges" decisions.
