Parliamentary majority they do not know who ordered the dispersal of the rally. According to Anri Okhanashvili, the main thing is that the Minister of Internal Affairs took responsibility for public safety and constitutional order.

Okhanashvili says that all the main questions are answered.

"The Minister is politically responsible for ensuring public safety and constitutional order in the country. The constitutional authorities will do their best to carry out their activities. Who is responsible for all these things? Did we want to know that? The Minister takes responsibility . We do not avoid anything,"- Anri Okhanashvili says

Akaki Zoidze states that there was a special plan of raiding the rally, but he can not say who ordered to act in accordance with that plan.

"I know that the demonstration went into violent form and an attack on the parliament of Georgia has started. From that moment the plan was launched which is prepared for the time when state institutions are attacked," Akaki Zoidze said.
