A Presentation of Constitutional Amendments prepared by " Georgian Dream" will take place in the background of enhanced security measures. Police are mobilized in front of the hotel "Sheraton".

The presence of law enforcers is supposedly related to a rally outside the hotel. The rally participants prepare " Corridor of shame" for the members of the ruling team.

A part of the management team is already in the hotel. The leader of "Georgian Dream" Bidzina Ivanishvili is also expected to attend the gathering.
