At the Court of Appeal, Nika Melia"s trial was scheduled - Melia"s lawyer, Giorgi Kondakhashvili provided "Courier" with information.
The Tbilisi Court of Appeals recognized as admissible the complaints of the Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia as well as of the defender of Nika Melia"s interests.
The Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia protests against Nika Melia"s bail as a preventive measure and demands imprisonment. According to Nika Melia"s lawyer, the court has restrained Melia from exercising his mandate, which contradicts the Constitution. Nika Melia"s case will be discussed at Tbilisi Appeal Court tomorrow at 10:30
