Nika Melia"s trial underway - Judge will make a decision

Imprisonment or bail - The second instance of the court will announce a decision regarding Nika Melia"s case in a few minutes.

Both- the defence and the prosecution appealed to the Court of Appeals. The prosecution demands Nika Melia"s detention.

The defence protests restrictions, imposed on Nika Melia and says that the fact that his as MP"s authority is suspended, which is not constitutional.
