Okruashvili Against Khalvashi - a suit to be filed in the City Court today

On behalf of Irakli Okruashvili, a suit against the new owner of Rustavi 2, Kibar Khalvashi, will be filed in the Tbilisi City Court.
The former defense minister claims that the TV company is his property.
In 2016, a media document was signed in Berlin in 2010, based on which Kibar Khalvashi was nominated by Irakli Okruashvili, a former defense minister as a person who owns property rights and if he violated the agreement he would have to pay 7 million dollars to Okruashvili.
The new Director-General of the TV Company Paata Salia called the document false. In the social network, Okruashvili stated that he would not give up "Rustavi 2" two days ago before Strasbourg Court issued the decision.
