Case of "Wine Factory No. 1" - According to lawyer Giorgi Mgaloblishvili is trying to return the factory with the influence of Chkhartishvili

The Appeal Court will announce its decision on the case of "Wine Factory No. 1" on Thursday. The company"s lawyer and journalist Eliso Kiladze made the statement today. The lawyer said that the case was suddenly dismissed by the judge and transferred to the new chamber. Behind the process, they see business interests of Vano Chkhartishvili.
According to them, Giorgi Mgaloblishvili is trying to return the factory with the influence of Chkhartishvili.
Owners whose assets have been seized for years are calling for public defender and non-governmental sector to be interested in the case.
