The lawyer of Irakli Okruashvili will appeal the decision of the Tbilisi city court. According to the court, the document should be presented with the official sue, This is incorrect.
"We appeal the desicion of the court. The court said that shares of Kibar Khalvashi and Ltd Panorama can not be seized due to the fact that the application should be filed with the claim. This is not correct," - said the lawyer.
