Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze are going to be charged for 12 years in prison. The founders of TBC Bank will be officially charged within two hours.
According to the lawyer, they will come to the Prosecutor"s Office at 5:00 am. Taking into account the development of events, the lawyer says he does not exclude the detention of Khazaradze and Japaridze.
"We will arrive at 5 o"clock and we will see everything. The position is the same as the allegation. This is absurd," - said Zviad Kordzadze, lawyer of Khazaradze.
