Kibar Khalvashi, the new owner of "Rustavi 2", came to the National Bureau of Expertise to submit a sample of his signature. On a journalist"s question, he answered that is going to appoint his neighbour as the manager of the broadcasting company.

" I"m going to appoint my neighbour. My neighbour in Germany,"- Khalvashi says.
Kibar Khalvashi had to make explanations about his statements, where he said that journalists" demand for the creation of the board is a caprice.

Kibar Khalvashi states that he does not need any council.

" This all is a caprice. Tell me, how will this board help me? What will they do? I have given you guarantees of editorial independence," Kibar Khalvashi said.

According to him, the fact that a journalist has a problem to ask so many questions means that no one oppresses her.
