The director of the Anaklia Development Consortium responds to the processes launched against Khazaradze-Japaridze. According to Levan Akhvlediani, they needed a lot of time to gain the confidence of investors in connection with the Anaklia port project, but he said that the prospects of implementing the project are deadlocked. The head of the Anaklia Development Consortium does not understand the contradictory statements and actions of the government. On the one hand, the government supports the construction of the port and on the other hand, begins legal prosecution against the founders of the consortium.
