"There is a high standard of freedom of assembly and expression in our country. It is restricted in exceptional cases. As for the rally at the house, the law prohibits it only in the case of judges. However, I believe that while holding a protest rally at the house of a public person, we should take into consideration that at home, which is a personal and protected area, maybe children, elderly people, disabled people, etc., for whom it may become the source of great stress. I think we should respect the personal life and the inviolability of personal space and take into account these circumstances, "Lomjaria said.
