The lawyers of Moris Machalikashvili and Bezhan Lortkipanidze will appeal the decision of the Tbilisi City Court. They are demanding the cancellation of the decision made by the Court.
Biologist Bezhan Lortkipanidze and Machalikashvili, the nephew of Malkhaz Machalikashvili, were arrested and accused to the organizing of group violence. The court sentenced two-month preliminary imprisonment.
