Russia is a terrorist state - Activists display Georgian and Ukrainian flags during a speech by a Russian lawmaker at the Council of Europe

Protest was expressed in the session hall of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe over the return of the Russian delegation to the organization. Protesters accused the organization of deviating from democratic values.

Activists expressed protest during the discussion of human rights violations and dispersal of a peaceful rally in Moscow by the Parliamentary Assembly.

When Russian deputy Peter Tolstoy started his speech, activists displayed flags of Ukraine and Georgia and expressed dissatisfaction over the presence of the Russian delegation in the Assembly.

According to them, Russia is a terrorist state and its unconditional return to the Parliamentary Assembly is a shame for the organization. They also demanded that the organization take responsibility for the atrocities committed by the Kremlin and the destruction of democracy.
