The government has initiated the candidacy of Giorgi Liluashvili for the position of the Head of the State Security Service.

The position of the Head of State Security Service became vacant after Vakhtang Gomelauri left it one month ago.

Giorgi Liluashvili was the deputy of Vakhtang Gomelauri.
