All five persons charged with the murder of 35-year-old Davit Mumladze - Giorgi Asatiani, Giorgi Getashvili, Mikheil Ghubianuri and Dimitri Dughashvili - were sentenced to imprisonment. Another accused - Zurab Jgharkava - is still on the search.
The defense demanded to release the detainees on bail of 10,000 GEL. Giorgi Getashvili"s lawyer wanted to release his client for half a million bail.
The pre-trial hearing on the case will be held on December 2.
The body of 35-year-old Davit Mumladze was dumped by the river Mtkvari in Rustavi on October, 5. According to reports, he had more than 30 wounds on his body.
