Georgia warns its citizens over expected typhoon in Japan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia warns Georgian citizens, who are currently in Japan, about the expected typhoon. The Embassy of Georgia in Japan appeals to the citizens of Georgia there and calls on them to refrain from going out on October 12-13 to avoid any possible threat.

"According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, a powerful typhoon is forecast to hit the island of Honshu, Japan. We call on the citizens of Georgia, who are in Japan, to follow the rules to stay safe, refrain from going out on October 12-13 and, if necessary, contact us on the hotline: +81 70 3180 5601”, - the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.

It is about the typhoon "Hagibis" which will reach the coast of Japan tomorrow.
