New details appeared in the 7-month-old infant murder case. The father of the deceased child, who has until now been known as the victim, has been charged. He was charged under Article 140 of the Criminal Code, which involves sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16 and is punishable by 7 to 9 years in prison.
According to Mikheil Dvalishvili"s lawyer, the trial will probably be held today.
