Another public servant, this time a representative of the Gardabani mayor, was detained by law enforcers.

According to the financial police, the detained person received from the citizen 2,000 GEL in exchange for the temporary use of the state-owned land and the buildings on it.

A public servant can be sentenced to 6 to 9 years in prison for the crime.
