Greek police have arrested the truck driver, Georgian national, who was transporting 41 illegal migrants. The Greek edition Ekathimerini reports in this regard. According to edition, the driver of refrigerator truck was detained after police stopped the vehicle near Xanthi City, northern Greece and found the migrants in an inspection.
The migrants are from Afghanistan though police are running identity checks to confirm. Arrested driver was taken to the police station for questioning.
