The court is expected to discuss the legality of Emzar Kvitsiani"s nephew"s detention before the investigation is over. After several days of searching, Beka Kvitsiani was arrested two days ago.

According to Emzar Kvitsiani, he himself told the police about the whereabouts of his nephew. Kvitsiani added, there has never been a conflict between Nodar Tskhadadze and Beka Kvitsiani.

“It is a tragedy for our families. I found my nephew, took him home and then went to the police. These guys grew up together. My nephew was quarreling with everyone except Nodar. They never had any conflict”, - said Emzar Kvitsiani.

Beka Kvitsiani is accused of premeditated murder and illegal purchase and possession of weapons. Nodar Tskhadadze was killed by 14 bullets.
