Rustavi 2 case - former proprietors Karamanishvili demanded case review

Whether the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights on Rustavi 2 case will be reviewed – the decision of the Grand Chamber of the Strasbourg court will be known today, December 10.

Former owners of Rustavi 2 Levan and Giorgi Karamanishvili requested revision of the verdict.

According to the July 18 ruling, no article of the European Convention on Human Rights had been violated in the case of Rustavi 2.
