Strasbourg decision is known - Rustavi 2 case will not be reviewed

A few minutes ago a Strasbourg court issued a final ruling on the Rustavi 2 case.

A panel of five judges of the European Court of Human Rights has ruled inadmissible the revision of the verdict of 18 July.

They recently issued a ruling on the matter.

Former owners of Rustavi 2 Levan and Giorgi Karamanishvili demanded the hearing of the case.

On July 18, Strasbourg found that no article of the European Convention on Human Rights had been violated in the case of Rustavi 2.
