Vladimer Bozhadze, Head of the NGO “Civil Society and Democracy Development Center”, welcomes the appointment of Irakli Shotadze as chief prosecutor.

According to him, Shotadze’s name is connected with the process of restoration of justice.

“Irakli Shotadze was the most prominent candidate among the candidates who participated in the competition. As for his return. First of all, the main reason is his professionalism and experience. Besides, his name is linked to the restoration of justice in the country, opening of many high-profile cases. I am sure that the Parliament will fully support him”, - said Vladimir Bozhadze.
