The Embassy of the U.S. thanked the Emergency Coordination and Emergency Response Center staff for their involvement in the prevention of coronavirus - the embassy released an official statement on their Facebook page:

“Battling COVID-19 requires many skills & talents! Embassy Tbilisi would like to express our thanks to those who are helping to keep us safe and healthy.

Today, we salute Georgian emergency medical personnel, who are often the first to respond when we are ill or injured. They are at the front lines of the struggle against COVID-19, and we are grateful for all they are doing”, - reads the statement.
