The State to subsidize mortgage loans for those who decide to take out a mortgage by the end of 2020. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia, while presenting a report on COVID-19 in the Parliament.

According to Giorgi Gakharia, a specific plan had already been created for developers and builders.

“The state will subsidize mortgage loans for those who decide to take out a mortgage by the end of the year and improve living conditions.

It’s not just about helping companies, but for those too who decided to purchase an apartment or paid an initial contribution and apartment is under construction. All such risks will be insured by the government until the end of the year”, - said the Head of the Government.
