The Prime Minister of Georgia during his speech in the Parliament said that the former prosecutor Otar Partskhaladze, who violated the state of emergency, has been fined.

The statement came as a surprise to opposition lawmakers, who appear to have no information about it.

“What can I say about this? He committed a misdemeanor. He was fined. Lots of people have been fined under similar circumstances. The fine was GEL 9,000”, - said Giorgi Gakharia in his statement in response to a member of the European Georgia party Irma Nadirashvili.
