Negotiations are ongoing with an armed and drunk person, who is shut in a flat in one of the blocks of apartments in Varketili district of Tbilisi. Such a statement made the Head of Patrol Police Department of Ministry of Internal.

According to Vazha Siradze, the person, being under influence of alcohol, had made several shots. Nobody was injured in the shooting. Other family members of the armed man are safe. He added that the person has no demands.

Police are on the spot. A yellow ribbon surrounds the area.
