Murder in Mtskheta - 2 people killed.

As Rustavi 2 was told in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident is being investigated under the Article 109, Part 3, Subparagraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates murder under the circumstances of aggravated aggravation of 2 or more persons.
