Founder of the Omega Group and owner of Iberia TV testified at the court hearing on the case of Iberia TV company . Zaza Okuashvili recalled the year 2004, when he said that the government demanded to give in his television license.

According to Okuashvili, negotiations with him were held by Badri Patarkatsishvili and Kibar Khalvashi who asked him to give in his shares in the TV company and Omega Group.

Former general prosecutor Zurab Adeishvili and his deputy Giorgi Latsabidze have been charged on this case. The trial will continue on Monday. At the hearing , Zaza Okuashvili will be questioned by the defense side.
