The Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia will hold meetings with regard to the constitutional amendments. Today Irakli Kobakhidze meets representatives of the Georgian National Platform. The meeting will be held in a question-answer mode.

The main issues will be the parliamentary electoral system and restrictions on the president`s powers. Representatives of the member organizations of the Georgian National Platform will hold the next meeting, presumably with the President.

"I will have the opportunity to express my positions on very acute issues such as the parliamentary or presidential election system," said Lasha Tugushi, head of the Liberal Academy-Tbilisi.
