Today, the European Georgia and Georgian Dream will present their radically different positions on the constitutional reform to the Venice Commission.

The parliamentary majority is not expecting critical comments from the European experts, but expresses its readiness to take into consideration the opinions expressed.

"We express readiness to take into account the recommendations of the Venice Commission and exclude the norms that get negative conclusion or negative assessment of the Venice Commissione from the constitutional amendments` draft ," said Vice Speaker, Tamar Chugoshvili.

Officially, the Venice Commission will get the document for recommendations a few days after the document is registred and translated.

Opposition members will submit their arguments on the undemocratic nature of the changes to the Venice Commission.

"It can not be that only one group has a claim on the truth, only it is right and all the rest are wrong. There will be specific topics, such as for example, undistributed mandates that are granted to the winning party, " - said Giorgi Kandelaki,a member of the European Georgia.
