Democratic Movement - Free Georgia sues Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the parliament due to his decision to remove 13 party members from the list of Constitutional Commission members because of their boycott.

Nino Burjanadze is going to appeal against Irakli Kobakhidze`s decision as she believes that it is unacceptable to take such decision based on the declared boycott . As she underlines, it is not envisaged by any international practice.

"Irakli Kobakhidze has made an unprecedented decision , which of course was supported by the rest of the members of Georgian Dream, "- said Nino Burjanadze .

Non-parliamentary opposition believes that by this decision Kobakhidze reduced the critical background in the commission .
