The Head of the State Security Service of Georgia has responded to the information about financial situation of his deputy Soso Gogashvili . The opposition speaks aboit involvement in possible elite corruption of Soso Gogashvili. According to the parliamentary opposition, the deputy head of the State sdecurity is the owner of a million-worth property as of 2017.

According to Vakhtang Gomalauri, everything is reflected in Soso Gogashvili`s financial declarations and nothing raises question marks there. Vakhtang Gomelauri noted that the declaration claifies how Soso Gogashvili purchased the house where he lives now.

According to Vakhtang Gomelauri, Gogashvili received social assistance before his employment in public service and not his sister-in-law who is the owner of the registered property.

As stated in the report shown in the Post Scriptum, Soso Gogashvili`s sister-in-law, Khatuna Martkoplishvili, in whose name the propert is registered, is unemployed, does not have her own house and lives in a rented room on Dobrolubov Street in Tbilisi.
