Constitutional Commission officially annuled today

The Constitutional Commission was officially annuled today. According to the resolution adopted by the Parliament, the Decree passed on December 15, 2016, regarding the creation of the Commission was invalidated.

As a result of the ballot, the document was declared invalid with 85 votes.

As a result of working in the Constitutional Commission, MPs presented a new variant of the Constitution several days ago. The public hearing of the constitutional amendments will start from Kutaisi tomorrow.
