The meeting between the head of the presidential administration and chairperson of the Georgian Dream faction has ended. Giorgi Abashishvili said after the meeting that they accepred the offer of the majority and will be involved in public discussions.

According to Giorgi Abashishvili, the president will not attend the first l meeting scheduled in Kutaisi for tomorrow due to the planned meeting with the European Commissioner.

The government will meet with the population in more than 10 cities besides Tbilisi to discuss the new version of the constitution. Today, the parliamentary majority offered personally Giorgi Margvelashvili to participate in public discussions.

Meeting with locals will be held in different cities for 11 days starting from tomorrow. Part of the parliamentary opposition will take part in the process.

European Georgia will use these meetings to present the initiative of holding a plebiscite. The UNM plans to hold a meeting with the population about the constitution.

The first public discussion will be held in Kutaisi tomorrow.
